Our organization arranges with the associated Providers to have portable, onsite dentistry, audiology, optometry and podiatry services nationwide to PACE Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Long and Short-Term Rehabilitation Centers, Veterans Homes, Children’s programs and more.

We work to ease the burden of the clinical and administrative team at each facility we visit and to provide care in a method that is most safe and comfortable for the patients. Our onsite care reduces, and often entirely eliminates, the need for the transportation costs and the time associated with fixed office visits for these services. We know all too well that for some of your participants and residents to be transported and wait at an outside provider office, it can be dangerous and cause stress. We find onsite services is a unique and much needed level of safety and comfort. The services are comprehensive to promote the health and well-being of the participants and, accordingly, help prevent hospital visits and emergent care.

We have state-of-the-art portable equipment that the medical staff brings to each visit. They efficiently set up a clinic and are able to see many patients in one day, giving them comprehensive treatment and care with compassion.
